Memaila makes it easier than ever to keep track of all your customer inquires. Receive all your Amazon customer inbox messages into your Memaila team inbox. Members of your team can then answer back to the clients’ messages directly through Memaila.
Select “Amazon” from the integration dropdown
Click on “Get Token” link. It will redirect to an Amazon page from where you can easily find the token for the Memaila app
Enter “SELLER ID” and token in “MWSAUTHTOKEN”
Select a marketplace
To test the integration, enter an email address and click on the “Test Integration” link. It willshow the result underneath
